Kevin Jones

Kevin serves as President of the firm and is responsible for day-to-day operations working with Project Managers and Superintendents overseeing scheduling, man-power and equipment allocation. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Building Construction, he is a twenty-one-year construction professional with a vast history of projects in the many facets of the construction industry, both public and private sector. He believes in building quality projects, with honesty and integrity and the core of every decision he makes.

Kevin remains active in the community through service with his church and coaching various sports in which his children are involved.

Worth Bugg

Worth serves as Vice President of the firm and has thirteen years of building construction experience with a wide range of clients. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, having overseen all LEED criteria on a new $60 million high school prior to joining the firm. His specialty is in Business Development and Construction. His recent focus has been on automotive facilities, office building renovations and large scale educational facilities. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a BA in Business and Economics.

Worth is active in the community and various professional organizations including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Brewer’s Ball Chair, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Tomorrow’s Leaders Council, VMI Keydet Club Board of Governors, and previously as the 2014 VMI Club of Richmond President, Warriors Youth Lacrosse Coach and 2015 Chair of the VCU Massey Cancer Center Challenge Committee.

Steve Seal

Steve serves as General Superintendent for the firm. He has thirty six years of experience in the construction industry supervising projects ranging in value from $2 million to $42 million. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Building Construction. His early work experience was in Field Engineering with a national company, and he ran a construction business for 14 years in residential and small commercial work before returning to a larger commercial firm. His specialties include the construction of health care facilities, fitness facilities, breweries, educational facilities and office buildings.

Steve is active in his community as a Coach for the Chesterfield Baseball Club and he serves on the building committee for Second Branch Baptist Church.

John Waechter

John is a sixteen year industry professional having worked in project management and now serving as Director of Business Development. He handles the firms Business Development and Project Development initiatives. Additionally, he handles the various marketing strategies for the firm. His experience is versatile, having worked with local, national and international clients in a broad range of market sectors utilizing many different procurement methods. A graduate of James Madison University, John remains active in the community volunteering at various schools and church committees.

Virginia Wilson

Virginia is a thirty-seven year veteran of the construction industry having managed a diverse portfolio of work from a chemical manufacturing plant to a non-ambulatory nursing home. She serves as Senior Project Manager for the firm. Virginia is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin with a BS in Architectural (Structural) Engineering with Honors. Her recent project management experience ranges from healthcare, historical adaptive re-use and brewery markets. She managed the new Hardywood West Creek brewery and the old Franklin Federal Savings project in Richmond which was the first project in the City to qualify for LEED status and receive Historic Tax Credits.

Consuela V. Scott

Consuela serves as the lead Estimator of the firm and has twenty-two years of building construction experience with a wide range of clients. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, has worked on multiple LEED certified projects. Consuela has ten years experience in quality control and project management prior to moving to preconstruction. Her experience ranges from small renovations and tenant build-outs to multi-million dollar new construction of schools, higher education facilities, mixed use office and apartment building, automotive facilities, and healthcare facilities. She is a graduate of Clemson University with a BA in Design and a Masters in Construction Science & Management.

When Consuela is not at work, she enjoys events with the Association of General Contractors, events with Biz-Sense, playing kickball, playing cards, and watching Clemson Tiger Football.

Greg Jones

Greg serves as Project Manager for the firm. He has twenty one years of building construction experience specializing in commercial and residential sitework estimating, supervision and operations management. He has managed all phases of site construction projects ranging from 500K to 15 million including commercial, private development, major highway and road construction.

He enjoys vacationing at the Outer Banks of North Carolina, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities. Greg is also active with charitable donations to Goodwill and the Salvation Army.
