Bill Loughridge, a forty-one year industry veteran, serves as President of the firm he founded in 2006. He graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a BS in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the 2004 class of Leadership Metro. Bill spent 28 years as a minority owner with the largest locally-owned general contracting firm in the Richmond, VA area. He has managed millions of square feet of construction across all sectors of the market. Bill remains active in the community serving/having served on the Virginia Design/Build Board, Hanover Education Foundation, Shady Grove YMCA Board, and the Greater Richmond Habitat for Humanity Board.

Kevin Jones serves as Vice President of Operations for the firm as well as maintaining an active role in project management. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Building Construction, he is a eighteen year construction professional. Kevin maintains a Commonwealth of Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Responsible Land Disturber Certification. Kevin’s experience ranges across all sectors of the industry, with recent concentrations being in educational and automotive.

John Waechter is an eleven year industry professional having worked in project management and now serving as Director of Business Development. Additionally, he handles the various marketing strategies for the firm. His experience is versatile, having worked with local, national and international clients in a broad range of market sectors utilizing many different procurement methods. A graduate of James Madison University with a BA in History, John remains active in the community volunteering at various schools and church committees. He is a eighteen year veteran of Goochland Volunteer Fire – Rescue serving in multiple capacities including District Chief and President of the Fire – Rescue Association.

Virginia Wilson is a twenty-eight year veteran of the construction industry having managed a diverse portfolio of work from a chemical manufacturing plant to a non-ambulatory nursing home. She directs the Firm’s Preconstruction Team in addition to her duties in project management. Virginia is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin with a BS in Architectural (Structural) Engineering with Honors. Her recent project management experience has predominately focused on the healthcare sector and the historical / adaptive re-use markets. Virginia managed the old Franklin Federal Savings project in Richmond which was the first project in the City to qualify for LEED status and receive Historic Tax Credits.

Worth Bugg has seven years of building construction experience with a wide range of clients. He serves as a Project Manager for the firm where his recent focus has been on large scale educational facilities. Worth is a LEED Accredited Professional, having overseen all LEED criteria on a new $60 million high school prior to joining the firm. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a BA in Business and Economics. Worth is active in the community and various professional organizations including the VMI Keydet Club Board of Governors, VMI Club of Richmond (current President), the Associated Builders and Contractors, and the VCU Massey Cancer Center Challenge Committee where he serves has the 2014 Co Chair and the 2015 Chairperson.
