The complete renovation of the former 30,000 sf Hanover County Circuit Court building for use as government administration space. The work included hazardous materials abatement, selective demolition, exterior window and door replacement, selective exterior masonry work associated with the installation of new window openings, interior masonry partitions, interior metal stud framed gypsum partitions and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, casework, hollow metal frames, wood doors and associated door hardware, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection systems, elevator, communications cabling, security and access controls systems and re-roofing of existing low sloped roof system.
