Hardywood Park Craft Brewery

Extensive site development for a state-of-the-art destination brewery complex with a 53,000 SF production brewery, packaging and distribution hall, a taproom and interior entertainment area, corporate offices and meeting space, improved natural amphitheater, agricultural fields, food truck plaza, bocce courts and walking paths connected to the creekside trail system. Completed extensive (5 phase) master plan and coordinated the project development tasks, preconstruction, and construction.
